    Should be -1 had a debt taken for state debt recovery and the bank has doubled the amount .. And have told me I must go into the bank to request I release my own funds of nearly $400 ..state debt has advised all clear on there end just the bank stopping this now . Called the conm bank ph centre " we don't have the facility to release your money only a branch can do this" what a load of thieves funds are there of my money but I have to ask for it back seriously

    I just wanted to get the bank phone number to make an appointment to see the manager regarding my account. The experience was worse than getting a root canal therapy. Only the generic number is listed. You go through a whole gauntlet of V.R. questions and at the end, still no number, only a messagebank. This is a perfect way of treating your customer with contempt. I am in the mind to return this favour and take my account to another bank.
