  Such a bad service. I booked an appointment and did hair coloring..the girl suggested me to do at home..tats fine but her wash and dry service was really poor..color was all over my forehead..she didn't help me to remove it as she got another customer..she evn didn't have time to dry my wet hair because she was busy with another customer..then what's the point of pre-booking??

  It has very poor service and and just for a simple hair do they take 50$ !?like what the heck I will NEVER go back in there !

  Worst hair cut in my life...colour is ok, but my hair cut is freggin horrible...i walked out of there feeling like she should of paid me, not the other way around if there was a 0 out of the stars i would of pressed that...dooooo not go in there ppl you will regret it...

  I have had a number of bad experiences at this particular shop. Very poor customer service and sale skills. I never feel welcomed and always sense a negative vibe. I will not be coming again.
