  This is our first time buying a camper trailer. Right from the start, the staff were extremely helpful in showing us the campers. They explained everything to us and even gave us personal tips for our trips. Their service doesn't end once you buy the van as they let you know to call them with any questions you may have after you leave. They have been absolutely fantastic in helping us enter the market.

  Bought our 1st van here, great customer service. We had a little hipcup regarding some minor issues but the Jayco service team went far and beyond to fix the issues they found. Its been a year now and the van is still going strong, will be coming back when we get our next upgrade

  Bought a new Jayco expanda for nearly 60 thousand dollars to replace a much older and lower model Jayco. The beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. They did not want to do anything about it until after I spoke to head office, they ended up getting me a "discount" on buying a new bed from their supplier- who has then mucked me around and now I am out of pocket for the new bed and have to go away and hope the caravan park holds it for me as it wasn't delivered as promised, still having little to no sleep as the one supplied is literally like sleeping on lumpy rocks. Also, the first time it rained my bedding got all wet- they told me I should have "cured" the canvas- as in wet and dried it a few times to shrink the canvas- when I buy an expensive new van I do not expect that it will be less waterproof than my old one. My shower leaks, The lounges slip off when you sit on them, there is no water pressure when running on tap water, a clip that held up the basin in toilet broke first week. and I CAN"T sleep. I would NEVER buy another van from Jayco Sydney. Oh, and the service department has to be chased again and again to get them to call you back. I am wishing I just kept my old flamining 2011 that never leaked, had comfortable beds, lounges didn't slip off etc

  Called Jayco St Marys right on closing. Amanda answered and sorted out a problem with my Eagle Outback. I was so appreciative and amazed that even at an hour past the closing time Amanda was still happy to go above and beyond to make sure my problem was sorted. Great service. Thanks again Amanda. Very much appreciated.
