  Brilliant job fixing the car. Would have just preferred more communication/updates on the progress, especially as there was a delay sourcing parts.

  Visited only because Suncorp forces it down their customer's throat. Information flow between their customer service and repair center is haphazard and they're unaware if the vehicle was handed over or if it's still in the shop. They have complimentary cab service only if your policy covers it. Repair quality is very good, no complaints about that and they provide lifetime warranty on their repairs - not sure what's the fineprint to it.
