I have a disability called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome which means I have been in chronic pain since the age of 5. After searching for 10 years and attending over 15 different physiotherapy centres I am THRILLED to say I have finally found one where the professionals at this centre really are professionals!! After a few short months my joints are stronger, my pain levels are lower, I am more active, and I feel more educated regarding the limitations of my condition. I cannot recommend the staff at this centre highly enough. Thank you everyone at Precision Physio - you've given me back my life!!!!!

All credibility was lost when the manager concluded my problem stemmed from a leg being mm's longer than the other - something that I never noticed during the last 2yrs of daily 5km runs, but is now THE issue as a pole dancer - though my legs barely touch the ground.

They offer a cute attempt as customer service but the business focus is definitely sales and not physiotherapy. After 6 sessions, I walked away worse off.

I'm a dancer and came in with a tendon injury only noticed in extreme stretches. After 3 sessions, I had not been given any exercises but I was given nerve pain after a trigger release - constant discomfort. After questioning Precision Physio services I met the manager. He apologised for a negative experience, then listed all the additional problems that contributed to my initial injury and would have caused the nerve injury anyway if they hadn't. The proposed solution was to commit to physiotherapy appointments 3 times a week for a minimum of 5 weeks before moving to exercise physiology 3 times a week. Cute attempt at customer service but it doesn't disguise that the business focus is sales not physiotherapy.
