  As a seller Raine and Horne must be wonderful, as a tenant they are very rude on the phone, never got back to me when they said they would. They refuse to give you an email address so you can let them know if anything is wrong with the house, so you have no proof you told them. When my oven stopped working, I called them everyday for a month before it was replaced. At the moment I am looking for somewhere else to live.

  In my experience as a landlord, and having my property managed by them - I found them to be extremely unprofessional and unfriendly, and with absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever and showed very little interest in the management of my property, and with a very can't be bothered attitude!
